Yasemin Baran, born in 1985, was raised in Istanbul, Turkey. She has graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California in Fall 2010.

She wishes to do concept art particularly for video games, as well as illustrations in various fantasy and sci-fi industries. She likes telling stories and wants to tell her own as well as helping others tell theirs.
